No WiFi. ‘Internet’ light is off on router but service checker says no issues.

I currently have no internet at home. 

The internet light on the router is off with an amber light on 'voice'.

 

I've tried resetting twice.

 

Service checker said no issues found.

I would ring sky and ask to speak to an advisor about this, you may need the  router  replaced

@Dyl4  How long has your broadband been down before you used the service checker to see what the fault was. If it was less than 1 hour it normally will not show any faults. Can you please tryi again if it has passed that hour mark
