Connection WIFI

WIFI drops connection every couple of hours resulting in no connection throughout the house. I'm paying for a connection that I cannot use as it doesn't work.

All lights go red, no connection at all. Have reported to sky multiple times but they dont seem to do anything even after confirming that there is a connection issue.
