Connection Sky Q / broadband

TV keeps freezing / TV message pops up saying an issue between Mini Box and Sky Q. Broadband keeps dropping. Have spoken to Sky 5 days ago and all the operator did was lock us into a renewed 24 month contract! Tried resetting all equipment in the house. So frustrating. Feel like cancelling everything and moving to Virgin!

@GREGGSKI145 if you have a white Sky hub only the main Q box can be connected to the Sky hub's WiFi. Your Q mini boxes has to be connected to the main Q box notvthe hub.
