@Alibongo54 And you speedtest.net with the 70.1/20.8 really shows you are working fine, and you may just have someone hogging all the upload bandwidth connection wise!

Thank you, I will do the ethernet test tmrw as waiting on a usb c to ethernet device as laptop does not have an ethernet port.

I don't have another router as I was with Virgin before.

Just seen i put hive router!! Im using Sky max hub router
