Tell me your setup of your hub (such as Wi-Fi , Ethernet and where you have your hub) to get a better idea of how you're trying to connect it 😊

Re: Connection Issue

@Kevin-7248 , Hi, problem seems to be connection times out before it connects over Wifi between PS5 and internet. Hub is located 2 1/2 metres away from PS5

Do your other devices connect to Wi-Fi okay or is it just your ps5?

My best judgement would be that there is something restricting the PS5 from properly being authenticated if you're setting up the ps5 to work with Wi-Fi. Can you try ethernet to the hub and try setting up your ps5 in the network settings again? See if this can rule out this?

Re: Connection Issue

Excellent, let me know how you get on and hopefully if you don't want the cable running to the hub, we can get a resolution done with the Wi-Fi after deducing the Ethernet works, if not and it's the same problem, we'll take it from there too. But it shouldn't cause you issues if the other devices connect to Wi-Fi okay.
