Re: Connecting to a VPN

Sky is providing the internet access as your company wants to put these activities on a secondary virtual network so is an argument between sky and the company: What if that virtual network was being used for criminal operations for example; would you not also just have a blanket policy of saying NO to everybody ?

(Disclaimer; is highly theoretical...)

@Samiksha there is a issue with the way the Sky Max hub connects thst can cause issues with some VPNs. Some VPNs can be helped to connect by following the steps in this postUPnP set up

If thst doesn't work for you please complete and return the following form the team handling the problem should be able to help https://forms.office.com/e/kk1gCkWsRb?origin=lprLink

The Sky Broadband discussed in this forum is a domestic service and so Sky will not provide business to business support.

There's a known incompatibly between the Sky deployment of 8:1 Map-T on the Sky Max Hub and some VPN infrastructure installed by IT departments for working from home.
