Connecting to Alexa smart plug

Hi

i recently purchased an Alexa smart plug but I cannot get it to connect to my sky. My sky broadband doesn't appear on the list of WiFi options when I start to set up my plug. Why?

@Paula212 You plug cannot work it out, simple as that, say what sky Hub you are using! couple off options from the Tips above also!

and if max below, temp turn off, and wireless securities....
