Connecting sky hub

We have received hub but we are not able to connect device  to old virgin line. Ports are different as virgin has cable and yours is phone line . Dont know how to change . Please see the attached pictures . I tried connecting your wan line in that sockets but it's not working . Can you please send some one to connect it . Thabks

 We also mentioned to start our connection from 25th by calling. But they havent changed it.

@Raghue  You can't use the Virgin Media ports for Sky delivered broadband.  Sky's service is delivered over the Oprenreach network not Virgin Media's, there is a Telephone socket that is likely the one they will use.

 

However it would be helpful to know what broadband package you ordered and what is available over the Openrach Network.

If you are getting a fttp connection openreach will install a ont fibre modem usually on the day of activation
