Connecting products

I'm struggling to add my Nest thermostat to the wifi & also join an Arlo doorbell chime unit. 
My emails also no longer preload content since changing to a Sky Broadband router 

can anyone assist with these issues?

Hi @SimonDur 

You may need to disable the 5ghz band on your Sky hub temporarily. Do you have a black or white Sky hub?

 

As for your emails, try switching off Sky Shield & disabling iCloud relay if you have an Apple device.

In that case the setting for you will be in the My Sky app under advanced router settings
