Connecting Windows Devices to a Pod

I have a Sky Max Router and 1 x extender Pod connected to it running acros Full Fibre 500. All of my devices are quite happy to connect to either the router or the Pod depending upon which has the stronger signal at that location EXCEPT Windows devices (Laptop/Desktop etc). All of my other devices (principally Apple devices) will flip between the Router and the Pod when you disable/enable Wi-Fi. If I place a Windows device immediately adjacent to the Pod and try to connect as above it will only connect to the Router. Any one else had this experience ?

Re: Connecting Windows Devices to a Pod

I have something similar. My Windows 11 Surface Pro 8 connects to the Pod no matter where I'm using it. I can't offer any solution as it doesn't really matter so I haven't looked for one. It is odd though.

@Terry0704 What is the wireless spec's on both your windows devices, wifi 5 or wifi6. Try lowering the device properties for the Roaming Aggressivness
