Try turning the draytek and asus off for a few minutes and try again.
Also a new screen grab of the asus wan screen just to double check

Ok, so shut all down for ten minutes. Brought it all back up again, and still nothing.
I pulled part of the latest logs from the Asus if that helps, along with some more vigor screenshots.

A few things
top image shows vdsl static it should be dynamic.
You have filled vpi and vci which are adsl requirements whilst vlan id is a vdsl requirement
Raises the question are you sky essentials adsl or superfast vdsl ?

Those bits were in there after the factory reset. Should I take them out?

I have a feeling its on the draytek side. A few more screen grabs from the draytek would help.
@mae-3 anything else to add . If vlan and mtu are declared on draytek do they still need entered on the asus ie vlan on asus via the iptv tab ?

Ok, here are the screenshots from all the relevant areas of the Draytek. I was connected directly from my mac to it in ordefr to get all this. And thanks very much for helping me with this, i really appreciate it 🙂

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@cookiemonsteruk To use the DrayTek Vigor 130 modem with Sky Fibre Broadband, either with a DrayTek Vigor router or another manufacturer's router, set up the modem in Bridge mode. This allows the modem to pass-through the DHCP information to the router connected to it. The router connected to the modem needs to be set up for DHCP option 61 to receive an IP address from Sky.
https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-vigor-130-bridge is the link to follow but OP will need to make sure the router they are using has this info populated for both DHCP 60 & 61

The modem has been configured in bridge mode. I made the changes re option 60/61 and am still not connecting.
