Connecting To The Internet
I have just moved over from Virgin to Sky, I am disabled and unable to set my box up for myself, I need to get a telephine number I can contact Sky but unable to, my internet gets cut off today, can anyone help me please?

You can use the Sky Help portal to contact Sky. If you want to speak to somebody, you can click "Need more help?" at the bottom, and within that content you will see a phone number (we can't post phone numbers in this community).

@ClintRitchieyou said you needed the phone number, unless I misunderstood, which my previous post gave instructions for.
Can you clarify what you're needing help with, including which Sky products so we can advise better please?

I am 79 years old with 2 artifical fips, disabled, had 19 operations, and it is not easy for me. My ubderstanding was a engineer was going to help me.

@ClintRitchie unless you are having a new line installed then Sky/Openreach do not send out an engineer. In the packaging with your new hub should be a leaflet showing excatly how to connect it up. Plugs are colour coded so it is pretty simple to do.
