Connecting A Fameo Photo Frame

My new Frameo Photo Frame can't find my WiFi.  This appears to be because it only operates at 2.4 GHZ

I have Full Fibre Gigafast Broadband delivered through a Sky Max Hub.  This delivers both a   5Ghz and a 2.4 GHz service.  However both these have the same name.  I suspect that the 5 GHz service masks the 2.4Ghz service and thus my Frameo device can't find it.

A solution might be to change the name of one of the services so that each has a separate identity but I can't find a method of doing this.

could anyone provide a solution to this problem please?

Many thanks in advance

Dave

@DaveB56 you cannot split the two WiFi bands on the Sky Max hub as it would mean it could nit offer WiFi6 speeds if you did. Instead turn off the 5GHz band for a few minutes using the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app while you connect the device then turn it back on.

@DaveB56 Link that will help you and also look at the wireless security level applied to the Max hub!
