Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bill641 most likely it is due to an issue with the connection of the hub to the internet. If the hub shows it has lost connection run the service checker in the My Sky app to see if it tells you thst Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line if it doesnt call Sky and report it.
However if the lights on the indicate it is connected but no data flows then power down the hub for an hour and then restart it which should clear the fault.
