Connected without Internet

I have now unplugged and reset several times. I keep getting notifications of connected without Internet.

@MichelleMcvey  given the number of similar posts there could be an outage. To check run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection which will tell you if Sky arexaware of an issue affecting your line.
