Connected without Internet

Since 28 feb connected without Internet after having no previous issues.  Spent approximately 6 hours talking to various sky staff only to be told the problem is mine. Any ideas?

Thank you not heard anything Sky sending me a new hub to try everything is working OK at my end connection wise and at Skys they do not know how yo resolve!
