Connected without Internet

Hi,

 

Intermittent but frequent. Checker either says its OK or says the checker service is down. Doesn't always affect all devices,  even in same room. Done all the self help. Engineer apparently visited to resolve issues yesterday but issue persists, dropping out many times a day. 'Connected without Internet'. Not sure what that means as we don't have phone or TV.
