My hub is connected but I have no Internet light any my voice light is orange also, im nr leeds

Are you able to provide more details please? This is a Sky customer forum and we aren't employed by Sky so can't access your account. Do you have full fibre broadband? If so is there a red light on the ONT ? This is the white box on the wall where your fibre terminates.

I have fibre100 the open reach box has 3 green lights and 1 isn't on 

 

Power - green

PON - green

LOS - off

LAN - flashing green

my Wi-Fi went down at 12am it come back on at about 1 am and it's gone back down again

This is someone else's post you have commented on, would you be able to do a separate post please ? I'd also recommend checking out the troubleshooting page.

In the whole 3 months we have had sky we have had nothing but connection issues and now like others on this thread it is down completely. I pay for the full max broadband because we are a gaming household but we can barely even watch TV some days.im very close to leaving sky because this is ridiculous.

I'm having the same issues, but looking at this forum it looks like a lot of others are too. Maybe they are carrying out maintenance works on the broadband side of things, if you have a look at the top of this page there is a pinned post that does state they do take time out between 12AM and 7AM sometimes to do this, during this time you may experience issues with WiFi connection. Hope this helps

My internet connection dropped around 1am, came back on temporarily and has dropped again. No WiFi & no Sky Glass TV as a result. Sky app says WiFi is all connected fine - clearly not. Paying all this money for an unreliable service🫠

Ive had a reply back from sky and it says the problem is outside my property so it looks like an open reach update or something

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..
