Connected with no internet
I've just moved to sky wifi. Ive been given the yellow wire that plugs onto small openreach socket. The WiFi light comes on but not the Internet one. It says connected with no internet. Can't seem to get through to sky and not sure what to do. If anyone could help please. Thanks.

You are not going to be able to call Sky at 12.08 in the morning as that is when the lines are closed.
If your activation day has passed then try calling during the day when you should be able to get through to someone.
