My sky q hub has suddenly developed a problem. Internet light is off, powe and wireless lights are green. I've rebooted , reconnected and reset the hub without any success. My devices via wireless all say connected but no Internet. Sky.com says no problems in my area. Can someone help and explain what to do , thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Easylfc your hub has lost. Its connection to the internet which can indicate a line fault - the Sky.com status page only shows major faults affecting largecareas. You can run the connection test in the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection. That msy give more detail but if it is a local issue you will have to call Sky to report the fault. They will arrange to have Openreach to check your line.
