Red los light and no pon light woth router flashing slow green

Just lost broadband and going through the trouble shooting I have no pon light and a red los light my only option is to book a sky engineer but is this an openreach issue

If this issue is outside of your property then it should be Openreach that are assigned to come out to look into it.
