Conne

My connection is very poor and bad for example when i watch the video in Tik Tok they stop and keep loading and in upstairs when i use whatsapp it stop in middle of discussion

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Had the new super broadband put in yesterday. . Big mistake taken until to day to connect every thing ,  can't get WiFi in kitchen or garden .

Wifi in the garden might be pushing it as WiFi does have its limits.

 

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
