Confused
Had no Internet called sky ,1st automated message stated it was the heat. I waited a while called sky a chap answered I explained not broadband and not a heat issue. He said I hadn't paid my Direct debit as sky had made it into an invoice so no payment has been taken and it has happened to a few people. I said i will pay not a problem he said no its a fault at sky's end that he could give me cheaper bills.. he kept going off then said someone with be out to install bb in 2 days. I said I don't understand what is happening I have no Internet and your telling me its a sky issue they trying to fix. Now I have a text to send back sky router and as if I've cancelled all... I'm so confused I also got a bill of 191 pounds for cancelling. BUT I HAVEN'T he said he would contact me for some one to come out I explained I have work and when will this be.. he said 2 days . And went off again. SKY can you help me out because I ain't got a clue

@Keeles yiu appear to have been given some poor support last week so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
