I have received a text to confirm an open reach engineer will come to the property on Tuesday 4th June. The text will not allow me to text yes to confirm back.
so I need to say yes we confirm everything is ok for the engineer to come on 4th June as arranged. We really need this sorted asap thanks

You will get no confirmation from this forum. You will need to phone Sky.

@Rh10 the text is for you to confirm that the appointment is ok, it's Openreach telling you that they'll be coming on that day and no confirmation is necessary

There is no requirement to reply to it.
