Internet and broadband stopping multiple times an hour.

Our broadband and Internet are going off multiple times an hour! This is having a huge effect on our household as both myself, my partner and daughter require the Internet for work. This is now also effecting our sky TV as our apps are not working properly. Everytime I run the service check it is saying it is fine but is definitely not!

Our tv is sayin no internet on a blur screen. All the lights are on the router are green and rebooted still the same

Try leaving your router off for at least 30 minutes when you can.
