@Hunstanton1 fid you book a home move with Sky? If you are referring to a Sky hub used to get broadband they will not connect until the service is activated on your Sky line. The only other Sky"box" thst connects to a phone line is Sky+HD where the boxes are obsolete so if your's has broken you will need to source a new one if any are still around.
