Complaints

Why does Sky make it impossible to send a formal email compliant about General Service by not providing it as a topic throughout the complaints process? I believe they don't really want to know about customer care issues or what's going on in customer land.

Can somebody let me have a suitable address that will get read.

Re: Complaints

There is nothing for service and knowing Sky if it is about service and it goes to another category it will give them trhe excuse to ignore it

However, I have sent in my complaint to an expert albeit a shortened version as they only allow 4000 chars.

Re: Complaints

That's a great help and I found these already. But where does it say "Service"?
