I've had a complaint since August of last year !
still wanting for priorities team to compensate me for a catalogue of disasters
Finally have sky but now my compensation has been ignored after countless attempts to contact them

Customer auto compensation is normally calculated and credited to your account within 30 days after the service is finally delivered see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation. Sky's scheme is in line with Ofcom's recommendation.
