Complaint

I've had a complaint since August of last year !

still wanting for priorities team to compensate me for a catalogue of disasters 

Finally have sky but now my compensation has been ignored after countless attempts to contact them

@Timzee1 if over 8 weeks has passed since you formally complained you can take your complaint to the independent arbitor CISAS see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-customer-complaints-code-of-practice/

 

Customer auto compensation is normally calculated and credited to your account within 30 days after the service is finally delivered see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation. Sky's scheme is in line with Ofcom's recommendation.
