Complaining neighbour
Recently had my broadband connection updated but the wire from my house is now crossing my neighbours roof, they can't get their large van onto their drive without possibly causing damage. We both live in bungalows so it is too low. The engineer connected me to a pole 3 properties away instead of the pole that the original connection was hooked up to which is directly outside my house and not crossing anyone's property at all. My neighbours are having a new roof fitted in the next week or so and are worried about any damage to my broadband. How do I get someone to come out and move my connection to the pole outside my property?

Re: Complaining neighbour
Initially contact Sky who should pass to Openreach.

Re: Complaining neighbour
I don't seem to be able to contact Sky and speak to a person. The BOT doesn't understand the problem so just goes round in circles. None of the phone numbers connect successfully. I need to speak to a person but thank you for the reply

Re: Complaining neighbour
Dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline. All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
