Compensation

I was informed through the phone as the delay of the service i was offered £20 as compensation and i haven't received it yet or reduced from the bill.

Need to sort this out ASAP

Any compensation credit will be applied to your bill so if it doesn't appear on the latest one have a look at your future bills.
