Compensation payment delay

I received an email from sky on 16th March regarding the compensation payment due to their delayed service. But I haven't received any updates regarding the payment.

I believe  any payments  can take  about  six weeks

@Angel71  You should lso be aware this would be applied as a credit to your account

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Angel71  the compensation will be applied as credit to your sky account within 30 days of the fault being fixed 

 

so a) has the fault been fixed and b) has it been more than 30 days since it was?
