Compensation from openreach
I was without broadband for just under 5 weeks!!. I am still waiting to receive compensation from openreach for total loss of service. How long are you normally expected to wait to receive this compensation?

@NicMead the compensation is credited to your account by Sky oncecthe issue is resolved and usually takes roughly 30 days. Openreach does not deal with the public so any queries need to be madecto Sky. See Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
