Will Sky customer s get any compensation due to the loss of Internet for several hours on Monday night

Very unlikely. Automatic Compensation kicks in after 2 full days without service.

No domestic internet provider pays compensation for 'several hours' of outage: for a start none of our contracts actually specify any particular level of service availability...

@Lisaharris working out what I pay monthly for my broadband dividing it by 30 days  then dividing that by 24 for the number of hours in a day thn  mutiplied by say 5 hours it was down would mean I would be entitled to 21p compensation
