Despite its marketing name, 'Broadband Boost' does not increase internet connection speed.
Claims against the Sky Speed Guarantee are limited to a single month within a minimum contract term. The link below explains how to make a claim.

@Debs50_ You do need to go have a look yourself how it has all been doing, and sky's daily check against the hub, that is all they care about nothing else. Use the service checker and expand the broadband page, will let you see the last 30 day's how it is going!
