Cityfibre box - moving

Hi

I got a cityfibre box installed into the wall along with the router when I moved to Sky.

am moving home and the landlord is asking me whether I need to uninstall the cityfibre box that is in  the wall or whether it stays? They are also asking me whether the sky router stays too or do I take it with me / return it...any ideas?

I am assuming the Cityfibre box stays considering it's in the wall, but I still want a confirmation on this.

In terms of the wifi router, I imagine I would bring it with me to the new property or do I need to return it for when a new installation of fullfibre of the other property is in progress?

thanks!

All Sky-branded hardware moves with you: you're financially responsible for that.

A CityFibre or Openreach ONT stays where it is (together with its power supply plug)

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Cityfibre box - moving

Also I will be staying with Sky when moving, I won't be changing hence why I am thinking I take the router and sky puck with me, but I don't know if I need to return and get another for a new property or not. And whether the cityfibre box remains in my current property...

@marleyf Home move with sky, the CF CityFibre ONT stay's as is, the sky Equipment all goes to the new Property with you, ie sky Hub and any booster's etc, and sky sort's the connection LIVE in your new property and cancels the one currently where it is! Time is estimated at 14-21 Days plus any extra that is required for potential issue's!

@marleyf Everything apart from the CF ONT, that is the Cable, the Hub, the Puck and any sky Booster's that you have!
