Citrix WDE Connection Issues

Hi I've recently moved into a hybrid role at work and it requires the use of some Citrix Workspace applications such as WDE. I did some reasearch after my initial attempt to connect to my WDE failed to find the sky max hub (which I currently use) is a culprit of many problems associated. I have enabled UPnP and set a port forwarding rule for my works laptop for 1:1. After these steps I still have no luck connecting. Should I just buy a new router or is their now a way around this Issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
