Cisco Anyconnect VPN being blocked

Hi - have just been connected to Sky Superfast broadband with the white Sky Max hub, all working very nicely OTHER than the fact that my wife's work VPN (using Cisco AnyConnect) is no longer accessible. My own VPN link (using either Cloudflare WARP or Ivanti SecureConnect) works fine though.

Having read through a number of previous threads on this I've attempted the following fixes without success:

Connected laptop via both WiFi and wired ethernet

Enabled UPnP in the router settings (can confirm that the MAP-T value is now 1:1 instead of 8:1)

Disabled Broadband Shield

I note that in several previous instances of this the fix was for a Sky technician to make some sort of change from their side to the router settings, would it be possible for the same to be applied to my connection as well please? @Chrisee @Lisa-P1987 apologies for tagging you directly but you were both incredibly helpful on previous threads facilitating this so hoping you can extend me the same welcome assistance! Many thanks in advance 🙂
