Cherry Picker Required!?

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has had any past experience on this please.

Ordered Sky Full Fibre 150 broadband- a couple of weeks ago for it to be fitted today - 8am-1pm. 
The engineer turns up at 2.30pm, takes one look outside of where the telephone line is (I live in a 2nd floor flat in a Victorian semi house) and says to go anywhere near that he'll need a cherry picker. 
He told me to contact Sky, then got in the van and went!

I called Sky afterwards who have said I have to wait for a call to rebook. 
How long should I expect to wait please? 

For Sky to call me, and for a new appointment (with a cherry picker!)
I moved in 3 weeks ago and no broadband is getting quite painful (and expensive!) with constant bolt on's going on my SIM card!

@charliee123 Should be reported over night by the OR Engineer, so you should be able to call tomorrow, but Monday may be a better day, your choice really. No waiting YOU call them or it will go on forever. Number is below just see the need more help to see it.

Thanks @JimM1 .

I received a text early evening saying they couldn't complete the install, and to call.

I did ring, and the guy on the end of the phone was clueless. He asked me if I could explain what a cherry picker was as he didn't know! 
Rebooked for 1st July (1st available date) and hoping a cherry picker will turn up too...
