Changing from virgin to Sky

BT Openreach Engineer on Monday came to set me up to Sky as I have canceled my Virgin Package.

I fitted a new disc on my wall ( I thought Sky had done away with These)

Did not finish job said he would Back  on Tuesday morning, did not come and I have not heard from 

him. Many telephone calls later (Wed night my  tv eventually worked.

Today my wi fi and phone does not work   and as I am  87 years of age I don't what to do next                           Bill 1966

What sort of disc, do you have a photo?
