Broadband stats - opinion please

Hi,

my broadband with sky is up for renewal 

Download speed is as promised.

However I am concerned by upload speed and noise margin. I believe noise db is deteriorating and having negative impacts on particularly online gaming. Is speed being delivered at the expense and of quality?

stats snapshot below.
Q - what quality of BB do you think I am receiving? What can be done, if anything? Is it as good as it's going to be?

Your upload is slightly lower than you would expect for your line, however there is nothing obviously wrong with the line. The noise margins are all where they should be so line quality should be okay.
