@Sasha92 not certain what you mean but are you talking about the two WiFi bands?
Some eevicesxare reluctant to connect to thecstandard dualband signal most modern routers transmit. On the white Sky hubs go into the My Sky app and find the hub's advanced settings page.use that page to temporarily turn off the 5GHz band. Then connect your device. Once connected turn the 5GHz band back on and it should stay connected.
