I need to change my Engineer visit to the New Year but the options online aren't allowing me to 'track my order' to make changes.
How can I resolve this as I can't find an email address to send this in properly and I'm currently out of the UK.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you can't do this online then when Sky Customer services are open again after Christmas you will have to call them, although I would check the online option again first.
