Changed over to fibre broadband and it’s still **bleep**

Been having issues with my broadband for months, got boosters and new hub and still no good , got talked into getting the fiber upgrade and opted for the 2nd best one as the top was way to pricey , had that fitted middle of April ,, and guess what ,,,,,,,, still have the same issue with connecting, buffing , really slow down load , having to switch my mobile to mobile data so my kid can use my hot spot !! 
had engineers out here , and on phone multiple times and apparently it's fixed , to turn a couple of hrs later it's bk to square 1 ? 
paying all this money each month for what ? Am I missing something , any1 else having the same issue  ? Any help advice would b appreciated thank u

@Mage11 Although you posted there is not much usefull information.

Looks like you have FF500 if you can confirm, the Hub you have white/black, if white Sky Max the pods you have are they sky ones, exactly how many. Light status of the hub/pods as when you have a problem. There will be more questions to follow.
