Change to open reach, problems with YouTube and iplayer

Since we upgraded to sky Q and open reach provider we have had problems with you tube and player freezing, buffering.

Openrach are the network operater not an ISP, so who actually supplies your broadband?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
