Change of contract
I'm trying to change my broadband from my current Sky package.
My broadband is very slow and I can get triple the speed for £10 less. I currently pay £40.50 for fibre 300 but it's not that good.
I am struggling to find out where I can find out how many months I have on my contract.
My new provider will pay up to £300 off my current contract but can't find it anywhere.
Can't get through on the phone so just trying to find out where I can find out this information or speak to someone online or an email.
Any help with this would be great

Re: Change of contract
@Smittymagic1986 Have you looked on your sky account, then select your my messages section, everything should be there if you have not deleted them!
You call sky 150 on your landline phone, they will not give you any information apart from what your final bill will be, THAT YOU have to pay upfront and as soon as sky request's, you then go to your new ISP to claim what it cost you to leave to the limit that they apply that can take months to do so be sure that is not a problem!
If your new ISP is going to be EE, you are going to have problems for sure!

Re: Change of contract
It looks like it will be EE. Why will that be an issue?

Re: Change of contract
@Smittymagic1986 Have a look on the EE Forum, just one off the many examples, and you need to get all the switching credit details from EE plus follow that to the letter with everything that is requested to be done!

Re: Change of contract
Apparently EE do everything including that exchange. I don't have to do anything
