Change hub from Max hub to seperate 2.4GHz & 5GHz

Hi All,

Not too long ago I upgraded to the Max hub, the speeds and connections were all good beforehand but since upgrading some devices (TVs, Phone, PC) randomly dropped out (every 10-15 minutes) and required to be re-connected manually - VERY frustrating since this upgrade was suppose to be better.

I managed to track the issues to the 2.4GHz & 5GHz bands, some devices I have at home can't connect to 5GHz so they randomly dropped out. Since turning off 5GHz on the sky app this has fixed the random dropping out issues but now I am stuck paying the super fast speeds but limited speeds and I can't just use the 5GHz as not all devices can connect to it!

I know with older hubs I could split the bands so this issue wouldn't occur. I know this is a for new feature for the Max Hub (I have) for Wifi6 and trying to be intelligent but on older hubs I could take more control. Is there any way I can receive an older hub or one that has this capability so I am not left paying for super fast when I can't even use it!

Cheers
