Constant issues with WiFi and broadband / tv connectivity

We run tests on Sky app for wifii  connectivity and always says fine but is constantly going off and tv says connectivity problems with a black screen? Somethings not right been like it for months now

Hi this problem is still happening but is now happening a couple of times a day. the Sky Internet is very unreliable
