Change broadband speed

is there an availabilty to downgrade/change contract to a broadband service during a contract period?

To change technology for a better one or to increase speed (which is often the same thing) then yes.

 

Typically this would start a new minimum term, which is now 24 months in the UK.

Thank you @TimmyBGood we moved all our stuff to Sky 4 weeks ago and I think I've gone OTT with my BB I can't find anywhere on My Sky to get into the BB product to make any changes, would you have a link?
