Change broadband installation date

Hi

I just realised I won't be home the date I booked for my broadband installation. I need to reschedule it.

@Jelen1 You might be able to change it via the "track my order" section of your account, if you can'tdo that then you will have to call customer service, the forum is mainly a customer to customer support platform so we cannot assist further with this issue.

I tried that but it doesn't seem to be loading that option of rescheduling. I have a Spanish number and I tried calling customer support but it doesn't recognise my number either. Any support number to call from abroad? Thanks
